Ingredients:

  • 1 apple – table varieties are recommended
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • pinch of salt
  • parchment paper

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix oatmeal, almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, grated apple, cinnamon, honey, sugar and oil thoroughly, season with a pinch of salt. Put the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes, mixing 3-4 times. Pour yogurt into a glass and add homemade granola. Slice the apple and banana, and arrange them in the glass.
